EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returning your product if it is unwanted:
Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we will give you an exchange or refund.
Returning your product because it has a fault:
If your product develops a fault within 30 days, we will repair or replace the product as long as it is within the terms and conditions of our warranty.
Terms and conditions of our warranty
By original condition we mean:
– You have kept all original packaging and labels in excellent condition and the product can be resold at full price.
– You have not used the product.
The following products will not be eligible for exchange or refund:
– Products which you have received over 30 days ago
– Products that have been unsealed (other than to inspect)
– Products without the original packaging or where they have been returned in poor condition
– Where a product has been personalised for you or made to your specific measurements
– Products which have been opened and their protective seals removed can not be returned for hygiene reasons
– Beauty products
– Gift Cards
Please note, if you return products that do not meet the terms of our return policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a full refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
